We had someone find a vehicle for us at Driv3n. Our friends offered to do the intitial look at the car since they are very experienced in auto diagnostics. Kron was the associate that we worked with and he was exceedingly patient with our process. Kron was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Driv3n auto is a different type of dealer. Not your conventional dealership at all. We ended up buying the car from them and so far we are very pleased with the experience. Kron was awesome.

As a military family, we have purchased many vehicles over the years as you can imagine. This is the first truly “easy” car buying experience we’ve ever had, even with a mechanical hiccup. My husband first visited Driv3n a few weeks ago without me to look at a vehicle that ended up selling before we could both get up there again. He was very impressed with how K’Ron got him started and then let him do his thing with checking the car out/going for a test drive etc and was helpful but not at all pushy or hovering. A couple weeks later, they got another one of the cars I was looking for in their inventory, so we got up there right away. This time, Jacob helped us out. My experience was the same: Jacob got us the keys and let us check everything out, took a lot of time showing us the car and making sure we were educated on things that may need fixed or improved (it was a 2003 so we fully expected this). He was always there when we had a question and when we were ready to test drive it, but he also did not hover or make us feel any pressure at all. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and driving it home that day after he had a minor thing replaced for us. Truly a seamless purchase and Jacob was really cool. Fast forward a few days and I realized the AC wasn’t getting very cold (when we tested all those things it was a chilly morning so wasn’t obvious at the time). We took it to a local shop to see what was wrong and were told that it would be a huge job to repair, and likely very pricey the way they wanted to do it. We called Jacob to see if there was anything he was willing to do, and he immediately offered to have us bring it back to see if they could fix it. He did not have to do that at all, especially since it is an older car. He took the time to talk to us and explain what likely needed to be done when we went to drop it off. We just picked it up again and the AC is working perfectly. Thank you Jacob and Driv3n staff for going above and beyond for us! We’ll definitely stop here first the next time we need a new vehicle!

Looked at a used car. Nice shape but when I took it for an inspection they told me it needed a lot of work and advised against the purchase. We couldn't make a deal even though I was told everything would be fixed if there were issues. Nice people but they didn't follow through on their word.

I very recently bought a Chevrolet Cruz from Driv3n Auto and I am here to say it's the very best experience I've ever had. K Ron sold me my vehicle and he and all the others were extremely pleasant to work with and their prices are very reasonable not to mention that they gave me a 3 year service contract. In fact after I signed my contract and was ready to go they washed my car and during the process found some things that needed repair and made sure that all the repairs were done before I left with my vehicle. What car dealer does that? I've never had that happen in the past. That makes them very customer-centric (putting the customer at the heart of all the business decisions) and that is my kind of experience. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat....

Have a few points I’d like to point out about this company. Not at all trying to downplay them but just some frustrations that came with my car purchase. I made a downpayment transaction almost 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered from the dealership to my address in colorado, and have been told numerous times I should have a car by the end of the week for 3 weeks now. I don’t know what’s going on and why they haven’t shipped my car to me yet but I’m starting to get impatient because of how long this process is taking because it should not take this long.

After months of unsuccessfulluy looking at numerous dealerships we stopped by Driven Auto. We were greeted by Audi and then left to look at the lot with no pressure. Audi was always close by when we had questions and was very knowledgeable about every car. My son decided on a BMW that was in great condition and priced under market value. The sale went smoothly and we were happy with the purchase. A couple months later we had a problem with an aftermarket part on the car. Audi quickly got us in to diagnose. Although it wasnt technically their ressponibilty they continued to work through some compatibility issues, stuck with it and in the end... fixed it! They went above and beyond to help us and for that we are grateful. We highly recommned Driven Auto and especially Audi. They will be the first and only place we go next time our family is looking for a car. A great big THANK YOU!

But if I ever needed any repairs on them, their mechanic would give me a run down of how they fixed it, great guy. He would often fix all the the minor repairs for free. I feel really comfortable with Driven and assured that I am going to have a reliable vehicle that both the team and I understand.

I notice all 5 star reviews, almost seems fake. We recently purchased a suv from this lot, yes the staff may have been nice and helpful, seemed caring about the customers but we have an issue. A week after having it, we noticed things that needed to be repaired. Minor cosmetics but the big thing was our transmission. With thier warranty guarantee, we took it to get fixed. I wemt 2 weeks without a car and the more upsetting part is I get it home only to discover my check engine light is still on and the cosmetics things they did fix were not all that great either. I feel frustrated and disappointed about the whole thing. We are hoping to get it checked properly and taken care of promptly.

It was like buying a car at a family reunion. Saturday, I saw a car on the internet I had interest in . By 1pm that car had already been sold. They had another turbo diesel that they had gotten in on Thursday but had not listed it yet . The test drive went well . I checked under the hood and it smelled warm. Gear'd owner said a salesperson noticed it was running hot . He was going to have it repaired before sale. They replaced the heater core, repaired and double flushed the cooling system . Tuesday pm, I took it to my mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection . Bought it at closing Tuesday. Brian delivered it to my home Wednesday . Hoping you get more Gear'D Arizona hats in Soon. I'd look good wearing one driving my new car.

I already came in with expectations that were accurate(down payment...interest ...ECT, but I didn't feel like Audi was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. I purchased the car of my dreams from Vinnie about 6 months ago. Although it is a 2007 the car was immaculate inside and out. Looks and runs beautifully. I asked Vinnie if I needed to have the car waxed when I took it to a car wash and he said no because they had put a ceramic coat on the car. That’s just an indication of the care they take with vehicles they sell! So now I wash and dry my pampered FJ with a chammy cloth myself! Vinnie is there for you. Before leaving for a 1400 mile road trip I had Vinnie and staff check the car out. They made a few minor adjustments and charged me a very reasonable fee. Online reviews are not my thing, but Gear’D Arizona deserves recognition for their professional and endless effort to make our purchase flawless. They went beyond the norm to answer every question without pressure to make a decision. We started with Trustin and thought we were getting this great service because of our Alaska connection, but it appears as if they treat everyone equally as I read other reviews. Vinny, Tamika, and all staff members treated us with genuine respect and kindness. We were happy with every detail from start to finish.

Our journey to Tucson started when we found a beautiful R53, 2003 Mini Cooper S on the Gear’D Arizona website. We called about it and Audi was very nice and helpful. He answered our questions about the car, and when we said we planned to rent a tow dolly to get the car home, Audi helped us with directions to the rental place just a few blocks away. We called back the next day and sealed a deal over the phone, dependent on the test drive. Audi agreed to accept a Western Union deposit till we could get there to do a cash deal. It was 3 days and about 700 miles round trip from Holbrook due to all the road closures from ice and snow. We called Wednesday afternoon as we were leaving Phoenix and when we arrived at the dealership they had the Mini all ready for our test drive. Audi was off on Wednesday, so Trusty, the sales manager, and the rest of the sales team, helped finish the deal. It was close to closing by then and we still had to go rent the dolly. Trusty told us not to feel pressured or rushed. They would stay as long as we needed. It sure was a long way to Tucson from Holbrook, but we would do it again to buy a car at Gear’D Arizona. It is a family business with a friendly, helpful and courteous, high energy, but low-pressure sales team. Been driving the Mini just four days and loving every minute of it. We are telling everyone we know that buying a vehicle at Gear’D Arizona is well worth the trip!

They don’t have enough stars to completely gauge my satisfaction with Gear’s AZ. I live in Flagstaff Arizona; completely on the opposite side of the state. I had seen a 2006 Hummer H3 for sale. I was a little bit nervous making a purchase on a vehicle I had never driven or seen in person. But after talking to Trusten, And see how much he cared like genuinely cared about the quality of this vehicle that he was selling I knew I was in good hands. I trust his ethics and the quality of these vehicles and will definitely be returning as a seller without needing to drive. He made arrangements to have it delivered to my door for a cost that was far cheaper than any ticket I could’ve arranged to get from here to there. And even after my purchase he was so concerned about some rock chips, he is going to help me out with getting the windshield replaced or repaired. How many dealers care about you once you’ve driven your car off the lot? Zero. I highly recommend any auto purchase. I have never in my life experienced someone who cares as much about my vehicle as I do. You honestly can’t go wrong!!!!

We knew about Gear'd and Vinny because they had provided so many cars to fellow church members. So when my wife's car was totaled we needed a car fast and contacted Vinny. Best move ever ! ! He had several cars in our price range and we went down and test drove a few. They were all nice but Vinny told us he had a car coming in the next day that we might like. Turns out it was the perfect car for us. Super clean and right in our price range. It couldn't have gone any smoother ! Purchased my Mercedes in August 2020, I got a very good deal and was impressed with Vinnie the owner who followed up with me to make sure I was happy. He even fixed my car a month after I bought it for a very low price. They have great cars at great prices!

I contacted them on a couple units ,they had been sold, but reached out to me when what I wanted came in. I live in Yuma and I handled all the transaction with audi. I drove to tucson and the whole crew and owner Vinnie were fantastic, there were a few problems but everything was worked out and it was a great experience . I highly recommend heard az if you need a used car or truck.

make sure to check these guys out....got a great car at a great price with a 3 month drive train warranty(not many dealers will warranty their cars)....they made sure all mechanical issues I was concerned about were fixed before delivery.....very pleasant to work with
